People's Stories includes candid images captured in real time as the event happens, staged scenes telling real people's stories, and fictive stories.
Chinese Factory Worker
I was with a group in the small town in tne Chinese countryside with several other photographers. This gentlemen was sitting under a broken shade cover taking a break and we all snapped a shot of him as we walked by. He was less than intertested and it showed in the photograph. I quickly printed a Polaroid Pogo print and handed it to him. He smiled and looked away until he realized it was a phot of him. He looked up at me with that quizical smile.
